Good detail... German Fallshirmjagers as standard procedure jumped out with really just pistols or personal side arms or submachineguns whilst gear and weapons were packed in canisters color coded which was deployed separate and was a tactical disadvantage at Crete

The real Battle of Crete... 6K German casualties that shocked Hitler himself whom decreed no more large scale airborne operations and yet the birth of Allied Airborne forces then later in the war years 😮😮😮
The first person who did the animation did a cool thing by taking the 4:3 format and not like everyone else 16:9. it looks more like documentary filming from the Second World War.
